Why should I import a game?
Your own games show the positions, mistakes, and recurring decisions that matter most to your training. Importing a game gives MyChessCoach concrete material to review instead of generic advice.
Can I import PGN files?
Yes. MyChessCoach supports PGN-based game import. The Help Center also covers Chess.com sync, Lichess linking, and analysis queues.
How do I manage or cancel Pro?
Subscription and payment-method management are handled securely through Stripe. Use the Billing page to reach Account management or compare the current plans.
Where do I get help?
Use the Help Center for product questions and support. A support ticket is never created without your confirmation.
